The PAGG Multiplier #fb

I finally read about the PAGG stack and decided to get on board. I looked online and it was going to be $96+ wiht shipping and I wouldn’t see it for a week. No way! I’m on a mission and had to hop to, so Chelsea and I hopped to Sprouts and with the help of a great gal in the herbs section, and the list below with dosage, found everything we needed. The Garlic was in twice the recommended dose, but I have a pill cutter at home, so I’ll just chop them in half. Sprouts had a 25% off sale, so I squeezed out for about $60. Not really a fair comparison because I didn’t factor in the qty’s, but this is here and now, and I was able to start at lunch! 

Tim Ferriss Recommends
Cissus Quadrangularis (2.4g 3x/day; 30 min before meals) 
Athletic Greens 

P – Policosanol: 20-25mg
A – Alpha-limpoic acid: 100-300mg (with each meal)
G – Green Tea Flavinols: 325mg (decafinated with at least 325mg Epigallocatechin gallate EGCG)
G – Garlic extract: 200mg (3200mcg Allicin)

  1. Its like you read my thoughts! You seem to grasp a lot about this, such as you wrote the ebook in it or something. I think that you just can do with a few p.c. to power the message house a bit, but other than that, this is excellent blog. A great read. I’ll certainly be back.
