Breakfast: Same 3x eggs, black beans
Lunch: Chicken salad at an Argentinean place with some friends. I ate around the buttery bread, but boy they looked tasty!
Flora: I picked up some sauerkraut Monday night and decided to give it a go with some Tapatio. Not too bad. Both flavors were locked in an epic battle to destroy my mouth, but if I chewed quick, my mouth was spared in their struggle!
Dinner: So stoked on this one! Chelsea made the slow carb shepherd’s pie! Pretty tasty! I never would have thought to use colliflower instead of potatoes! Brilliant and tasty!
Body Fat: 59% (I can only assume this spike is nonsense and I need a new scale)
