Day 30 – I Need More Kettlebell!

I finally got back to the kettlebell last night. It was a super long day, full day at work, then a meeting until 9:30 and home at 10:30. I really miss sleep and am going to make a re-concentrated effort tonight to actually get some rest. I know that I have better weight loss when I sleep 9 hours. The problem is sacrificing those extra 3 hours!

Breakfast: Same ol

Lunch: Panang Curry at Happy Chang’s. I really love this place! The owner needs to give customer service counsel as a side job. When you walk in, you are treated as a king. His first words “How are you doing today boss?” which is usually followed by a compliment that varies every time. He knows I’m on a diet and always compliments me on how well I’m looking. (PS, the food is epic too, and that never hurts!)

Dinner: Chelsea made some more slow-carb shepherd’s pie and made beans from scratch. I had a HUGE helping of both and finally felt satiated. Mmmmm! We both were a little hungry for ice cream, but I was able to stave off with a glass of vodka on ice and a couple olives. A decent trade.

About the Author

The world changed for me about two months into my M.B.A. program. While I have always risen quickly to management roles, learning how to truly be a part of a business and its many systems began to really excite me.
