Day 28 – Movie Night

Just a very busy day, so here is the quick rundown:

Breakfast: Running late, so I did just a scarmble of 3 eggs, spinach, and black beans

Lunch: Pei Wei ginger beef with extra veggies

Dinner: Basil Beef from Happy Changs


Weight: 220.4 lbs

Body Fat: 27.1% (59.6 lbs)

Water: 53.2%

BMI: 28.6

About the Author

The world changed for me about two months into my M.B.A. program. While I have always risen quickly to management roles, learning how to truly be a part of a business and its many systems began to really excite me.
