Chelsea made some delicious looking cookies for a Pre-Valentines Day party Friday night. Unfortunately those are WAY off of my list of things I can eat. Totally unfair, but we did set some aside for Saturday! …of course nothing beats fresh out of the oven!
This was a delicious chicken Chelsea cooked up and some root veggies. Tasty, but my stomach was really hungry by this time and I ate two plates like this and actually felt a little ick after. I really need to make a more concious decision on quantity. I need to eat enough to stave off hunger, while ensuring I don’t over-indulge.
