Day 24 – Down 2.5 lbs In 24 Hours!

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1/2 cup turkey sausage, 1/2 cup black beans, 1/2 cup frozen spinach.

Lunch: Going to a sub shop leaves little room on Slow Carb. Had turkey and pastrami on a salad with everything and a side of chili for the beans. Worked out, not my fav though


Weight: 218.3 lbs

Body Fat: 26.8 (58.4)

Water: 53.4

BMI: 28.3

Note: OMFG, I lost 2.5 lbs in a DAY?! Man, that was a good steak last night! I created a google spreadsheet to share the stats so you can see them all at once.…

The world changed for me about two months into my M.B.A. program.
