Day 19 – Cheat Day and Garage Sale

Today started at 4am puting out signs and furniture. It was bloddy cold out! I did get a lot of reading done, which was nice. I even was able to get a little better at jumping rope! (note: jumping rope may lead to increased core warmth and coordination, but does nothing to warm toes and fingers)

Breakfast: 3 eggs, Red Bull, Snickers

Second Breakfast: Chips and salsa, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, 1 (of two) cinnamon swirls made french toast, and 1 sick tummy!

Snack: Chips and salsa

Dinner: You would have to see the picture. We ransacked a great Indian restaurant here in Temecula. If you are in the area, you have to try the Blue Peacock. YUM!!

(I’m going to start carrying around an actual camera. The iPhone takes really awful photos)

Stats:

About the Author

The world changed for me about two months into my M.B.A. program. While I have always risen quickly to management roles, learning how to truly be a part of a business and its many systems began to really excite me. While I have loved taking out-dated processes and digitizing them for cost savings, I am excited to take my project mangement experience to greater heights and really contribute to a company's growth as the head of a team excited to drive change. -Justin Velthoen
