I can’t believe how I can lose 2 lbs in 2 days after gorging myself on junk food! My last diet had me doing 2 “starve days” a week, and for every starve day I would lose 1 lb…and of course, be starving! I feel like I won the lottery! LoL
Now I just need to figure out what I’m going to put in my body this weekend. Maybe a bunch of white carbs…like sushi?
